 Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Network Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the network operating system and system equipment.  The Network Administrator works with all functional IS teams to provide effective support and management of networking facilities, insuring that the network is always up and running and accessible to all associates with sufficient speed and capacity.

Descriptions
• Responsible for ensuring the network is always up and running and accessible to all associates with sufficient speed and capacity.
• Works with all functional IS teams to provide effective support and management of networking facilities.
• Maintains the network operating system by applying the latest patches and service pack, ensuring the network continues to function.  Incorporates any new functionality.
• Works on networking-related projects, such as testing the viability of using a host for the data center to provide more servers.
• Supports the Disaster Recovery Project.
• Monitors network traffic across the company to ensure network is operating optimally and address any issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology field required
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• CCNA and MCITP certification required
• Successful completion of annual store training.
