The Associate Field Asset Protection Manager performs Asset Protection Field Manager responsibilities under the supervision of an AP Field Manager.  This position conducts AP audits, inspections, and assessments for the assigned region and also conducts investigative interviews, arranging evidence for potential police intervention.    The Associate Field AP Manager develops and manages analytical projects, identifying key performance indicators that provide the rationale for on-site visits. This position conducts regional business review meetings to create plans and objectives to reduce risk and loss. This position spends up to 50% of time on travel or is based remotely to better support Operations.

Descriptions
•    Performs Asset Protection Field Manager responsibilities under the supervision of an AP Field Manager; conducts AP audits, inspections, and assessments for the assigned region and also conducts investigative interviews, arranging for potential police intervention and uncovering/verifying fraud during visits.
•    Conducts regional business review meetings to create plans and objectives to reduce risk and loss.
•    Develops and conducts analytical projects and reports for Asset Protection; identifies key performance indicators as the rationale for conducting on-site visits/audits.  
•    Manages business partnerships with equipment and software vendors relating to asset protection to ensure efficacy and efficiency in product development, roll-out, and training.

•    Responsible for providing immediate response to Operators on routine and non-routine issues; provides initial support for complex equipment breakdowns and issues within 24 hours.

•    Trains and coaches regional/area Operators on asset protection issues. Provides Asset Protection-related training to Operations Leaders, Operators, and associates on site and in classroom, including GO courses.  

•    Prepares and submits reports to Operations teams on AP Findings and Exception Reporting. Recommends procedural improvements and works with HR to determine appropriate corrective action

•    Performs special projects related to security equipment and technology to reduce security and safety risks.

•    May assist the Asset Protection team with scheduling team meetings and tracking projects and train new Analysts on asset protection audit process


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree required for future growth
•    Minimum five years of Security or related experience required, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment
•    ASIS or related security education preferred
•    Successful completion of annual store training
•    If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.  Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine.  Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered.
