Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Facilities Clerk is responsible for processing and entering vendor invoices as well as assists with resolving issues or disputes with vendors related to invoices. This position performs call center communications, acting as liaison between Support Center and field Facilities associates. ensuring that the Facility Manager receives needed information.
Essential functions:

- Assists with processing vendor invoices, reconciling invoices with company records.
- Assists with resolving minor disputes with vendors related to invoices.
- Performs call center communications, acting as liaison between Support Center and field Facilities associates. Ensures field associates receive needed information.
- Performs clerical support, including opening and sorting correspondence.
- High school diploma required
- Successful completion of annual store training
- Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
- Familiarity with retail/hospitality industry and practices preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes related to function
- Familiarity with Lawson system preferred
- Computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Including Excel
- Communication (oral and written) and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
- Ability to actively participates in sharing before a group
- Ability to embrace change and continuous learning
