 The Senior Financial Analyst, Restaurant Development (RD) is responsible for serving as the Finance partner to the Restaurant Development department.  This position identifies opportunities to enhance the financial performance of RD projects.  The Senior Financial Analyst (RD) also plans and forecasts restaurant development, closure, and store remodeling.

Descriptions
Serves as the Finance partner to the RD department, identifying opportunities to enhance the financial performance of RD projects.  Assists RD in determining the financial impact of potential store development, closure, and remodeling.
Develops in-depth analysis and financial tools for the RD team.
Responsible for the real estate proforma model used for site acquisition and lease renewals.
Plans, monitors, and provides reporting and analysis for the company’s capital spending. Also accounts for repair, maintenance, and utilities spending.
Identifies opportunities to improve return on capital for RD.
Leads the monthly forecasting and annual planning for new stores and capital spending.
Responsible for the financial support of new concepts
Serves as the primary backup for other Analysts, learning their area(s) of specialty (e.g., Systems).
Works on ad hoc Finance analysis and projects.
Trains Finance associates

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; MBA preferred

·         Minimum five years of finance experience, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-state retail/hospitality environment

·         Successful completion of annual store training
