Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Ops Support Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and technical support to Operations leaders. This position coordinates activities within the Ops Services Department, including management of the maintenance calendar, scheduling of appointments and meetings, and arranging travel for department associates.

- Provides administrative, clerical, and technical support to Operations leaders. Coordinates with other departments and Operations as required.
- Coordinates activities within the Ops Services Department, including management of the maintenance calendar, scheduling of appointments and meetings, and arranging travel for department associates. Generates correspondence, memos, and presentations.
- Develops cross-functional relationships to support new and productive internal and external alliances as directed.
- Performs general administrative tasks in support of the Operations Services Department, such as copying, faxing, collating, and filing documents, ordering office supplies, and generating reports as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum one to two years of work experience
- Successful completion of annual store training
- Ability to demonstrate and teach Panda’s Mission, Values, and Culture
- Familiarity with retail/hospitality industry and practices preferred
- Computer/technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Communication (oral and written), listening, and interpersonal skills
