Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Associate Fulfillment Analyst position is responsible for ensuring fulfillment of store inventory, including mass shipping, is completed accurately and on a timely basis and in the most cost effective way. This position also administers the inventory management and e-commerce software (Great Plains and eBiz), updating the data and resolviing any problems related to the software. The Associate Fulfillment Analyst ensures that the GP data is uploaded into Lawson and that Lawson is reconciled with the GP data. This position ensures that Federal Express data is incorporated in GP and eBiz to provide the status of inventory to the stores.
Descriptions:
• Ensures fulfillment of store inventory, including mass shipping, is cost effective and completed accurately and on a timely basis. Advises customers (other departments and Operations) on shipping schedule, method, and item handing to achieve successful fulfillment, including fulfilling new store’s needs.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels by placing orders to ensure sufficient inventory is available to the stores. Communicates effectively with the owners of inventory items and provides advice on improving the handling of inventory. Prepares inventory related reports.
• Administers the inventory management and e-commerce software (Great Plains and eBiz), updating the data and resolving any software-related problems. Ensures that GP data is uploaded into Lawson and that Lawson is reconciled with the GP data. Ensures incorporation of Federal Express data into GP and eBiz to provide the status of tracking information.
• Verifies and processes data for sales orders and provides reports and analysis for each fulfillment project, identifying ideas for future improvement of the process.
• Provides customer service in-person and through phone calls and emails to Operations and to SC associates related to the mailroom and warehouse in timely and courteous manner. Follows up on inquiries coming into the mailroom, warehouse, and group e-mail.
• Determines the number of temp associates needed to handle mass shipping, informs manager and schedules them. Verifies temp associate time cards, cost centers, and invoices. May train staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one to two years of Operations Services experience required
• Successful completion of annual store training
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
